Sasha Calle has portrayed Lola Rosales-Abbott on the hit CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless since 2018. Her work on the series earned her a Daytime Emmy nomination at the 47th Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Younger Performer in a Drama Series. Calle is repped by Stewart Talent, Authentic Talent & Literary Management, and Del Shaw Moonves
The Flash has been marred in development hell since 2014, with a host of directors, writers and producers including Greg Berlanti, Chris Miller, Rick Famuyiwa, Sam Raimi, Marc Webb, John Fancis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein and more either confirmed to be involved and/or in the running, but ultimately withdrew for a variety of reasons. Birds of Prey screenwriter Christina Hodson is attached to the project at present time and is said to be incorporating elements from the famed comic storyline “Flashpoint,” which sees The Flash go back in time in an attempt to save his mother from being murdered, an act that results in significant changes to the present and future timelines.
The Flash is tentatively slated for a November 2022 release date.
